Ownership: NTPC-MAHAPREIT Green Energy Limited (NMGEL) is a subsidiary company of NTPC Green Energy Limited (NGEL), holding a 74% stake, and Mahatma Phule Renewable Energy and Infrastructure Technology Limited (MAHAPREIT), holding 26%.

Establishment:Incorporated on April 8, 2025, with registered address at: NTPC Bhawan, Core-7 Scope Complex 7 Institutional Area, Lodhi Road, Central Delhi, Delhi, Delhi, India, 110003.

Objectives: 

• The venture is focused on developing renewable energy parks and projects across Maharashtra, with a targeted capacity of up to 10 GW.
